Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be returned in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
– Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
– Custom or made-to-order pieces
– Sale items or those purchased during promotions

We currently do not offer exchanges via Afterpay as we do not use this payment method.

Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.

Holiday Returns
Orders placed between 26 November and 24 December are eligible for extended returns of up to 30 days — perfect for gifting season.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at: hello@grace-of-life.com

Repairs & Warranty
All Grace of Life jewellery is covered by a 6-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to general wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. To request a repair or make a warranty claim, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
